Can’t visit our store for your urgent repairs? You can book same day device collection, next day return before 1 pm, and one of our NiwTech collection team will pick up your device(s) from your home or office and return it the next day.
NiwTech offers a repair collection and returns service for your device that covers South Wales. This service has a fee depending on your area to cover your device collection and return only. This fee is not your actual repair cost. This fee will be added to your final repair cost.

1- You need to fill out the collection form. Once you have filled out the form, you will be contacted by one of our team to confirm the collection.
2- You are not required to package your device our collection team will inspect and document your device condition before the collection.
3- Our collection team will provide a security package for your device.
4- You will receive a confirmation by email, text, and receipt when our NiwTech collection team member has picked-up your device.
5- Once we have received your device at our repair centre, we will carry out an inspection/diagnostic before the we carry out the agreed service.
6- Repair costs are quoted as needed. (No additional charges).
7- Replacement parts are ordered as needed. We try to ensure that we maintain a full range of stock for all components of a wide range of device makes and models, so that your repair turnaround is as efficient as possible.
Once your device is received, our technicians will diagnose your device to find out what is wrong with it.
We use the best diagnostic tools to determine which hardware component might be at fault or causing the problem and find system failures.
Our technicians will send you a quote for what needs to be repaired or replaced. It’s up to you if you go ahead.
We stock 90% of essential repair parts, but If we need to order a part that we don’t have in stock, we usually receive these in 1 – 3 working days.
Repair parts are fitted the same day if we have them in stock, or the day that the replacement part arrives.
Once your device is repaired, we run our rigorous post-repair testing processes and clean your machine. It’s then ready to collect or send back to you.
All our repairs include one year warranty. This is how highly we value the quality of our repairs.
